5 Days Desert Safari Tour to Gara Cave and Bahariya Oasis

After enjoying a delicious Egyptian breakfast, you'll embark on your Gara Cave tour, which involves traveling 170 km off-road to explore ancient civilization. Along the way, you'll pass through the Baharian Harra Village and take in the stunning views of the desert. You'll stop to have a tasty lunch at the foot of the sand dunes before continuing with your tour. Dinner will be served while you enjoy the great atmosphere of the desert, and you'll spend the night camping. Your meals will consist of breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

After breakfast, your licensed tour guide will take you to visit Gara Cave, also called Djara Cave. The cave is very beautiful and was formed by rainwater that melted the limestone about 55 million years ago. The cave has shining rocks and amazing stalactites and stalagmites. People lived in the cave a long time ago, and we can see their artifacts and rock art.

After exploring the cave, you'll go on an exciting off-road drive to the Valley of Agabat. Here, you'll see the contrast between the large, white rocks and the golden sand that surrounds them in Egypt's White Desert. You'll spend the night camping in this captivating site, and enjoy delicious meals throughout the day.

After breakfast, we'll go on an exciting off-road drive to Ain Khadra's water spring, which is an ancient well located on a hill surrounded by ceramics from different historical periods like the Roman, Coptic, and medieval ages. We'll have a delicious picnic lunch there before heading to the Santa tree, also known as the Acacia tree.

During our White Desert Tour, we'll drive through stunning limestone formations with cream-colored rocks. We'll see some cool shapes in the rocks, like a sphinx, whale, and rabbit. We'll spend the night camping in the White Desert, which is entirely covered in white sand that looks like chalk. Throughout the day, you'll enjoy tasty meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Today is the last day of your incredible Desert Safari Trip to Gara Cave. After enjoying breakfast, we'll drive back to Cairo via Bahariya Oasis. During the journey, we'll pass by the Crystal Mountains, which have transparent, bright-colored rocks that glisten like diamonds in a crown. These mountains are very unique and remarkable, and definitely worth a visit. We'll also see the Black Desert, where the mountains have eroded to cover the desert with black rocks and dust.

Next, we'll visit the refreshing water spring in the Valley of El Haize Village, located to the south of Bahariya Oasis. Finally, we'll drive back to your hotel in Cairo. You'll only have breakfast on this day.
